Generally speaking, in the Sanitary Industry, the manufacture of faucets needs to go through casting - sand washing - machining - polishing - electroplating - assembly - testing - shipping. We have corresponding professional equipment throughout the process to ensure the quality of products to meet customer needs.

The casting of the faucet is mainly divided into two types, gravity die casting and forging;

The most common gravity casting is sand casting, which is conducive to the perfect formation of the internal water channels and basic shapes of the faucet;

After the sand core inside the faucet is cleaned, it will be sent to the CNC machining workshop, the excess joints will be cut and removed, and the surface of the main body of the faucet will be peeled off a layer, which facilitates the smooth completion of the next polishing process; Bad products will be rejected;

After the machining is completed, the main body of the faucet needs to be polished manually, and the unsightly edges and corners are polished smoothly and neatly;

After polishing, it will be sent to the electroplating workshop for electroplating or painting according to the different surface treatment requirements of customers;

After the completion of the above, after installation in the assembly workshop, it is necessary to test again to confirm the sealing degree and function switching of the finished faucet. Finally, it is packaged and shipped according to the customized packaging. It can also be shipped using the factory brand of C&D Sanitary Ware - Qenais.
