Usually, we don't offer free sample. But sample cost is refundable if your order more than 5000usd.
4.Can you print my own design or logo on it? Can I make a unique item?
Yes, of course! We specialize in helping our clients to turn their unique ideas into high quality "one of a kind" finished products. So long as you have an idea, we can work with you to create the appropriate artwork, prototypes, and bringing your ideas to life!
5.What is your delivery time?
It's about 20-25 days after order confirm, it's negotiable.
6.Can your ceramic tableware pass the food grade safety test?
Yes, all of our tableware are Lead free and low Cadmium, SGS, FDA & CA Prop 65 approved.
